Vineyards and Wineries
Our vines grow in the Zvolence and Stará Hora vineyards at Dolní Bojanovice, and the Vyšicko vineyard at Mutěnice. We have newly planted 0.5 ha of vineyards using imported Alsatian seedlings.

Our underlying philosophy remains unchanged: Spontaneous fermentation, minimised interventions, no sulphurisation, emphasis on the terroir. We want nicely drinkable wines with fruity characteristics
The Process
After maceration, the musts ferment on the skins in ceramic vessels form where they are bottled directly. Fermentation continues in the bottles stored in wooden boxes. We do not filter our wines, onlytap them off by gravitation after grape pressing and before bottling. The whole wine-making process is based on the gravitation principle.
