A singlevariety cuvée from the first fruits of our French seedlings macerated for a week on the skins together with freshly pressed Riesling from our older planting. The aroma is dominated by fine jasmine with acacia tones and the colour with goldish sparkle. The taste includes minerals, spices, green apple tones and juiciness typical of the variety.
